Hamilton North Dental is full of bs! It's always something with this Dental office. I made an appointment last week for today 1/16/26 at 10am. Took off work just to get here and them tell me they didn't make the appointment, I can wait to see if the 10:30 appointment show smh I'll be going back to the Burton office

I went here and spent six months and had multiple issues. I actually left a review explaining it all on the Hamilton main site. People were nice but I spent months in pain and still cannot eat a year later because of what they did to my mouth. They removed a bridge because they might have had to remove the tooth it was attached to. Well, the new Dr. I went to didn't have to remove that tooth and I still have no bridge. I paid for that bridge out of pocket when I had no insurance and it cost me a couple of thousand dollars. There was nothing wrong with it. That was just one issue. There were so many I am not going to waste my time explaining the incompetence of the entire office from billing to dental staff to dental hygienist. All incompetent. I still cannot even taste my food since going there. I went to Convenient Family Dentistry in Burton and they were so professional and fixed things that Hamilton was just going to rip out. Just don't go if you have any options. They talk about not having enough dentists or to many patients. Here is a novel idea...only treat as many patients that you have Dr.'s to care for them. Fix all of one patients issues within a couple months and THEN sc

All was good until my last visit. Was very unhappy with my visit 8/21/25. Low income patients should not feel condisended against especially from the dentist. I was hurt by her actions. Makes me wanna just leave this place. I in no way deserved to be talked to like she did to me. You are the to help & I've always respected each of you for being here for us. I expect respect also. Do better.

This place is definitely touch and go with the staff some are great the others are not. One at the front desk is wonderful the other one not so much the lady dentist don’t know how to listen to her patients to where they are not numb and can feel everything. The gentleman is great. They don’t know how to call you with the correct time of your appointment and when you go on the time they called you with they call you the day of and say oh we expected you a half hour ago and when you telll them they told you a different time they argue about it with you and call you the liar and make it a no call no show. They have done this to me 4 times now I will never send anybody here or go back here myself.

The dentists are very nice, so I couldn't give them a one star review. My issue is I had my top teeth removed. After more than a month I still have tooth shards coming through my gums (all over) that feels like splinters. It's causing never ending migraines and occasional dizziness. The best that can be done for pain is Advil, which does absolutely nothing. I've spoken to several other people that had their teeth removed, they didn't have tooth shards left behind. Has anyone else experienced this?
